WHY ARTIFICIAL TURF?
A: With proper installation, a synthetic grass lawn will give your home an attractive and useful space for years to come. Synthetic turf is one of the best solutions for saving water. California has had repeated droughts, and water rationing comes and goes, but the price of water never goes down. Maintaining a watered lawn is not the best option because artificial lawns do not require water, and are simple to maintain. Artificial grass is a great way to significantly reduce your water use.
WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?
A: OmegaTurf has a great Warranty. We include a 15 year, non-prorated warranty on both the turf product AND the installation. Most companies offer 8, 10 or 15 years on the product but only a 1 year warranty on the installation. A solid warranty makes OmegaTurf the industry’s best choice for your long-term satisfaction. IS SYNTHETIC GRASS “PET FRIENDLY?”
A: Yes, pets love synthetic turf! Cleaning up after your pets is easier than with natural grass. Let your estimator know during your consultation that you have pets, so that we can make customized product recommendations for you.
WHAT ABOUT DRAINAGE?
A: Our synthetic turf and base material combination is designed to improve the drainage of your yard. Since every yard is unique, drainage is one of the main topics we will discuss with you during your free estimate.
WHAT IS THE GRASS MADE OF? IS IT SAFE?
A:OmegaTurf is made from 100% polyolefins, which are considered safe. These are stable oil-based products often used in manufacturing generally. Our main blades are Polyethylene which is the same plastic a milk jug is made of. Our products also do not contain any lead-based dyes. Concerns have been raised in the past about crumb rubber infill, which we do not use in any of our installations. All of our products meet or exceed State of California and US and safety standards, meaning the products are lead and heavy metal free, and have been rigorously tested.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
A: OmegaTurf is priced by the square foot and installation costs vary based on each specific project. Our customized in-house estimating system ensures you will get a fair price. While the initial cost of installing a new synthetic grass lawn may be more expensive than sod, turf pays for itself over time through the significantly reduced water and ongoing maintenance costs.

HOW DO I REMOVE LEAVES FROM MY OMEGATURF LAWN?
A: A synthetic grass yard is durable and requires little maintenance. A leaf blower and a garden hose will help you keep your synthetic lawn free of leaves.
